Terms & Conditions
Preferred site/cabin number requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until check-in.
On booking a holding fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required to secure your hold on the accommodation. A booking is only confirmed once the holding fee has been received.
A refund for a cancellation of a holding fee or accommodation paid will be given only if the accommodation is re-booked and occupied for the entire cancelled period without any break in the occupancy. A $30 administration fee shall be charged for any cancellation of a cabin and a $15 administration fee shall be charged for any cancellation of a site.
Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to the departure date refunds shall not be given.
Tariffs for non-confirmed bookings are subject to change without notice.
